Living Italy ~: In-flight!! #Romebound

The "see you laters" went pretty well!! I managed to hold back the tears...:) but lets roll!!! So I met up with my travel buddies, Bobo and Asha, and off to the security checks ..... Uhhhh ... Who likes them? Not I, but but it wasn't too bad. Boarding at BHM went well and in less than 30 minutes we touched down in ATL! It was a pretty nice size airport so track stars we all became.

We all hopped on the shuttle and just to our luck we are speeding to the very last terminal! Being true engineering geeks, we're observing and discussing the designs of the underground shuttle service.... Hey, don't judge us- its just part of our nature :)

So, we found our gate and had a short layover before getting on our next flight (oh yea ... fyi... next flight - estimation to be 9 hrs and 55 mins long ) so we all look at each and say "where's the food!??" :) Bon appetite to our last meal prepared on American soil for a while and to our flight we went!

All settled on the the flight and off we went... Rome bound!! :) Delta's international travel is pretty sweet! Personal entertainment throughout the entire flight! Movies, games, music, etc. was a good treat to pass time by !!

The only negative I can say is watching 8 hrs and 55 mins tick by minute by minute. :)
